Understanding Our Cleaning Service Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Blessed and Spotless. By booking cleaning services with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided
Blessed and Spotless provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services based on the scope agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional services requested may result in adjusted service time and cost.

2. Pricing & Payment
Services are billed at a rate of $50 per hour. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, venmo, cashapp.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. While we do not charge cancellation fees, repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.

4. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to enter the property, the appointment may be considered a missed booking.

5. Supplies & Equipment
We provide our own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer that we use your personal products, please inform us in advance. In such cases, we are not responsible for the effectiveness or outcomes related to client-provided supplies.

6. Pets
We are pet-friendly and comfortable working in homes with animals. However, for safety reasons, clients must ensure that pets are secured if they pose any risk of harm or interference during the cleaning service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

8. Liability & Insurance
Blessed and Spotless is a fully insured cleaning service operating in the state of New Mexico. While we take great care in performing our services, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or improper installation of items
Damage resulting from fragile or unstable items not disclosed prior to service
Issues arising from the use of client-provided cleaning products

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Proof of damage may be required for claims processing.

9. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary beyond standard cleaning scope, or poses health risks.

10. Right to Refuse Service
We maintain the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or unreasonable demands.

11. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico.
